Wild Thing Salt Rub
The only ingredient in Olsson's sea salt is seawater from two of the world's most pristine oceans: the Great Barrier Reef and the Great Australian Blight. Pristine Australian water, sun and wind work in harmony to create Olsson's pure Australian sea salt.
Olsson's salt is produced by the action of sun and wind on large ponds of seawater, a method called 'solar evaporation'. Seawater evaporates in successive ponds until it is fully concentrated, when it crystallises. It is then washed in seawater, dried and packaged. That's it. There are no chemical processes involved. Ever.
Olsson's sea salt rubs are made from a mixture of sea salt flakes, juniper berry, thyme leaves, onion powder and rosemary. As well as a general seasoning for the table, Wild Thing makes a delicious marinade for fish or meats or a great aromatic base for cooking meats and vegetables.
Olsson's salt rubs look gorgeous on the kitchen bench, in their stylish fully recyclable kraft packaging.
