Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within Hong Kong.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $1000. Orders under $1000 will incur a shipping fee dependent on size and weight.
Can I collect my order from you?
You are welcome to collect your order from Tai Hang Hau by prior arrangement. Please get in touch at hello@thegoodgrocer.com.hk.
How long will it take for my order to be received?
Orders will be processed on the day they are received, or the following day if the order is received after working hours.
If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery times can vary but once your order is shipped, it should be received within 1 to 3 days.
How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped by SF Express.

Do you offer returns?
Returns will only be accepted if the product has arrived damaged, faulty or not as described.
Do you have a time limit for returns?
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return.
Do you sell any products that cannot be returned?
We're afraid we cannot accept returns on our underwear products for hygiene reasons.
