  • Hong Kong customers: Prices are in HKD (HK$). International orders may incur duties/taxes.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: All prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors.
  • Payment Methods: Credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other approved gateways.
  • Order Confirmation: A confirmation email does not guarantee order fulfillment. We may cancel orders due to stock issues or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Hong Kong: Standard/local delivery timelines apply.
  • International: Shipping costs and delays vary by destination. Customs/duties are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Gift Orders: Recipient details must be accurate. We’re not liable for incorrect addresses.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Damaged/Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days for replacements/refunds (proof required).
  • Perishable Goods: No returns unless spoiled upon delivery.
  • Gifts: Recipients cannot return personalized/customized items or underwear.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content (logos, text, images) is owned by The Good Grocer. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for:
