Native Australian Plum Salt

The only ingredient in Olsson's sea salt is seawater from two of the world's most pristine oceans: the Great Barrier Reef and the Great Australian Blight. Pristine Australian water, sun and wind work in harmony to create Olsson's pure Australian sea salt.

Olsson's salt is produced by the action of sun and wind on large ponds of seawater, a method called 'solar evaporation'. Seawater evaporates in successive ponds until it is fully concentrated, when it crystallises. It is then washed in seawater, dried and packaged. That's it. There are no chemical processes involved. Ever. 

Olsson's Native Australian Plum Salt is made from 2 natural ingredients: their famous sea salt flakes, gently mixed with Australian Plum powder, giving this salt a vibrant pink hue that looks strikingly pretty on any dish, table or cocktail tray!
