Summer Harvest Zambian Honey

Made by wild African bees and hand harvested in the Mambo forests of central Zambia, Mama Buci's pure, cold-filtered bush honey is ethically sourced from small-scale beekeepers and makes its way from hive to home with no additives or preservatives. 

The summer harvest has a light amber, floral taste with hints of aniseed and fennel. It's earthy flavours make it a great accompaniment to cheese or other savoury foods.

The honey is gently warmed so it can be transferred into jars. The temperature never exceeds 35 degrees celsius to ensure all nutrients and live enzymes remain.
