The only ingredient in Olsson's sea salt is seawater from two of the world's most pristine oceans: the Great Barrier Reef and the Great Australian Blight. Pristine Australian water, sun and wind work in harmony to create Olsson's pure Australian sea salt.

Olsson's salt is produced by the action of sun and wind on large ponds of seawater, a method called 'solar evaporation'. Seawater evaporates in successive ponds until it is fully concentrated, when it crystallises. It is then washed in seawater, dried and packaged. That's it. There are no chemical processes involved. Ever.

Olsson's sea salt flakes come in a beautiful refillable blue and white stoneware jar with a wooden lid and serving spoon. The classic design looks perfect on the kitchen bench or family table.
